Finally picked up my 86 notch ive been waiting on.. Its an lx 5.0 automatic transmission all stock and needs a new driver side quarter. I have a quarter for it and an engine out of a 93 mustang. I'll be buying a 5 sp and a new rear end for it with 3.55s in it. Also have a brand new set of chrome cobra R's still in the box they've just been sitting for so long they need to be redone, the chromes peeling. I'll be doing a build thread so you all can follow and see what's going on. Here's a few pics for now
how do a brand new set of cobra r's start to peel the chrome from sitting in a box???? im just dumbfounded on that

Thanks guys Loopy, I appreciate the offer but ill be doing a 5 lug shortly down the road myself Here's the quarter and rims I picked up off of my uncle the quarter will be put on this weekend
Haven't been on here in a while but here's an update! Quarters done, cars all primed painted the floors and jams undercoated the bottom. Bought a tubular k member, not on yet. Have my stock 302 still which is going back in for now. Have a bare 351w block that I have plans to build. Maybe a stroker. Bucket seats and rear seat delete on the inside. Everything else inside stock porno red
Got the k member and front brakes and chassis parts all in and done and finally was able to slap the motor in there. I like the way it sits with the lowering springs in the front, now just need to put in the rears
