nice good deal on your end that bike was a hard sell ....that motor swap was done quick i think because it used to be blown iirc with a procharger or maybe a vortech then few weeks later it was back for sale with that motor ....
love the export tailights on it makes it different ...if you are going to change wheels lmk i might be interested ..
Awesome car man looks sweet.Everybody will have there own opinion on what to do to it. I'm not going to bother telling you anything because I already know your gonna have big plans and changes. Good luck with the project and making the car your own.
Good for you on getting rid of that albatross called the R1 you had. I think there are ways to drop down the K member for hood clearance if you want it. The Whipple 3.4 or 4.0 requires this to fit on cars now so I bet you could do the same for your setup. A nice tubular front end will help the weight bias too and make it handle better.
Before painting it why not just try a really good detail shop. A good one will bring that paint back to life for a lot less than what it costs to paint a car the right way.

it already has a tubular k member and a arms, the paint in the pics make the car look close to flawless but its far from it.
If you try and get a sticker this year they will type in your vin and plug into your dcl connector to check for codes. The problem may be if the computer has a diff. vin from the original oem comp. Did they use the navi computer for the conversion or ?

i was told it is the original comuter and harness
You should be allset then if there are no codes.... on the other hand the engine sticking up so many inches could be a problem but hopefully not.
i deleted the pic of my wife whos a vet by the way more than a pussy like you could ever do, shes not fat maybe it was the pic idk but a scrub like you can only dream to wake up next to someone like her ill be the grown up cause its clear you cant be i make fun of your car dont talk shit about my wife cause i have a temper and i have a fucking fist its been awhile since ive left someone bloody and crying but your working on it
got the upper and lower intake powder coated, alond with a bunch of brackets and the valvecovers, cleaned motor up regasketed it, gotnew injectors and a couple wire harnesses because there was a fire under the hood b4 me and it melted a bunch of things. all i need to finish is an alternator, hpipe, and upper and lower intake gaskets.
I guess given the nature of your car you would need something custom made. How thick is that pipe? Easiest and cheapest thing I can think of is bringing that piece to a shop that can bend, cut, weld, etc a metal tube that works and have that powder coated.
