Help

Hey everyone. I havent been on here for a while so please excuse me if this post is in the wrong place. I have a 1987 Mustang LX hatch back. 5.0, 5 speed. I love this car but she has her problems. This is where I need a little help. None of my gauges work besides the tach. I replaced the cluster and it does the same thing. And also, my turn signals will not work. The blinker on the cluster does not flash or anything. Does anyone have any idea of what my problem could be?

Thanks for looking,
Chaz

the turn signal problem could be the multifunction switch that needs replacing

the actual switch for the signal...the other could be a relay for the dash clustor..has the car been messed with in any sort of way?

Yeah. This car had been through Hell. Nothing on that car was right.

I've had the dash out and been through the wires. There is no visible issue on this car. I dont get it at all.

Try the relay behind your glove box left hand side that could be the reason you have no signals

Can you be more specific as to where the relay is located?

looks like you need a wire diagram of the electrical in the dash
follow the wires and leads to make sure everything i connected correctly or not shorted

sounds like a realy or something not connected

did they ever work???
