Depends on fuel system, how much timing you are going to run and the tuner's ability you are using, is it intercooled, etc. 15#'s is too much for a stock 4.6 lower on anything other than an 03/04 cobra. Those lower ends can handle the boost. The rule of thumb is usually mid 400's to the tire and/or 12#'s of boost. Timing usually is somewhere in the 12* range or a bit higher. When you get up to 14 and 15* you run the risk of breaking it.
the 98 gt i just got off my brother is a 30k mile lincoln motor and has a eaton blower that was made from ford (svo blower) re pullied making 10 lbs i dont know how crazy on the stock 4.6 lower end ya would wanna push , the stock rods are a powder casting that are not the strongest

couldn't agree more ..... also pump gas is sketchy , depends where you get it from . I wouldn't tune it to the edge .... unless you don't give a fuck !!! and plan on building or obtaining another engine .
