thanks guys yeah it has an attached garage, and a small machine shop in the basement it used to be a gun shop lol there a wash room a lathe its set up for 3 phaze. the garage it pretty big and has a natural gas heater. its 2 bed rooms 1 bath it has 5 aecres of land with it and there 2 houses on the property but the other house hasnt been lived in in 10 years and i think im gona have the ashby fire department burn it down. the house has new wiring and plumbing as of 2 years ago new roof last fall the furnace was brand new forced hot water in 2002 most of the house has been completely remodeled needs alittle here and there it also came with a bobcat lol and 3 welders 2 mig and 1 tig lol im buying everything for 130k
no not for sale. oi plan on redoing the basemsnt to put my motorcycles in there and redoing the garage so i can put my car in there lol im gona cut down alotta trees and make myself a big lawn. mike if you dont mind me asking what do you pay a month for your house
Plymouth has very high taxes. I pay almost 3,000 a year for taxes. My basic loan at 5.3% with 126,000 financed FHA makes me pay everything in one payment of 1,030. if you break it down the actual monthly payments is around 700. everytime i get an extra 1,000 i drop it on the principle. It really makes a difference when you look at the balance going down. I remeber paying like 6 months of payments and only 300 bucks came off the balance owed.
I would fix the little house up rent it and live for free in your new house. looks like your not going hungry anytime soon, more food than i have
i was thinking about it but i dont have the money or time that that house would need to be livable again and the longer it sits the worse it will get also the septic isnt big enough to have both houses lived in, and yeah gotta love bjs my girl went there and bought all the food lol

i looked at every local foreclosed house in my aera and they wwhere all shit holes needed ton of work most arent financable luckly my nieghbor decided to sell this house to buyt a condo in florida and i jumped on it he sold it to me way below market value it was valued by the bank at 180k in this currant market
