Correct wheel offset

Wondering if anyone knew what offset I need for front and rear I have cobra r on the rear of my car and they rub real bad with the 275 I want to run a 315 but I need the wheels to basically go in toward the inner fender so what offset do I need and for the front I'm putting 03 cobra calipers with sn95 spindles

im sure someone will chime in and tell you exactly but i would look around on the web

Ford used to make a 17x9 cobra R wheel just for a fox w/ 5 lug 4 wheel disc. Its the M197 wheel I think. with 6.42 backspacing. If not try Pony R/Mavromont industries. They made a 17x10.5" fox rear wheel that could fit a 315. At least then you would know the backspacing for whatever rim you choose.

What brake setup do you want to run with these? If you are doing sn95 brakes with the sn95 axles out back, you are gonna have to look into 2005+ 45mm offsets to pull the wheels in far enough to avoid hitting the fender lips.

The problem is going to be in the rear. The sn95 axles push the rears out 3/4" so the standard +24mm offset wheels tend to hit the lips.

Out back, you really need a wheel with 36-45mm offset. The s197 wheels are +45 and will fit, but you miht need to flip the quads and clearance the tailpipes. You can find aftermarket vendors selling cobra r in the +36mm offset and ford made a m179 cobra r that had the 36mm offset (these are rare)

What offset and backspacing are the wheels you want to run? There are aftermarket caliper brackets that allow you to use fox length axles and pull the rears back in that 3/4"

Here's a car with +24 front and +36 rear with sn95 axle out back. 275's

Not sure on the front, but the rear will be close with a 10" rim and 315. So close I really don't want to say for sure it will fit because chances are you will need to roll fenders and massage inner fenders and possibly ditch tailpipes
