So every now and then ill be cruisen and when i go into second and release the clutch it will sometimes kick me out of gear, never has happend at speeds more then about 20mph, thats one...2nd coming out of first at high rpms (4-5k) will grind second every time...and coming out of second at high rpms, SOMETIMES will not let me into 3rd(no grinding noise), please let me know what you guys think.
Either clutch adjustment.....or the dog teeth onn2nd hear have worn to the point the gears won't mesh properly. Trans will need to be rebuild and some parts replaced
rebuild kit in jegs $230, if you have high miles the first thing that go's is the syncro's which is prob the grinding noise you here. make sure the clutch is adjusted correctly and if the problems still happening i would say its a tired trans.
