I saw this done somewhere and got jealous so i figured i would give it a shot. It almost done, i have to put a light layer of mud and get it ready for texture and paint. Just figure i would share with my fellow fox lovers!!

Sup Ti. I had it at my house for most of the day. When ever your down this way feel free to gimme a buzz. My shop's in hyde park only 5 min away so you can check it out. Got the black dash in last week. Still waiting to find a oem black carpet tho, but i figure i'll tackle that over the winter cause i wanna dynamat the floors to try and keep some heat out.
oh yea.... did i mention possibly twin ball bearing gt35r's maybe.....
haha. i have the kit that fixes the ashtray sitting in my trunk.lol
i been taking pics all along the way. once its done i'll write up a detailed how to with lots of pics and all the details. i found the stuff made by Winzer chemicals, it's a texture/rocker panel spray. i did a test piece and worked a little and i think i'll be able to replicate the texture too. I think im going to bring it to work tomorrow to try and mud it and get it ready for paint. I;ll keep ya updated!
i bought the plug and chug thing and all i'll say is it SUCKS!! It doesn't stay put and it constantly gets in the way of shifting. But to each his own...
before i do anything i want to make sure it holds up in the car with the stresses of the car, the seats rubbing it etc... I won't take peoples money unless i know im giving them something that i can stand by.
It really wasn't that hard to make, it was my first time using dura glass, body filler and all that stuff so special skills aren't needed. Just some patience and practice. I plan on doing a "how to" thread in detail when i have the time. If any one has any specific questions feel free o email me @ Takdashark@aol.com
initially i used fuzion by krylon but i didn't like it. it was too glossy and takes forever to cure. so i actually sanded it off and am using SEM color coat. It's great stuff. LRS (late model restoration) sells it too, it has flex in it and it matches the color way better. A lot of high end car audio guys recommended it to me.
Def see how it works out and fits man then there is money to b made apearantly everyone wants them lol get a bunch and take some time can make decent cash I'm sure
i went to upload them last night and i never hit the start button (retard) so im uploading them now. I'll put them up as soon as it's done.
Debating on whether to take the car to work today. The weather is awesome but there is a shit load of cape traffic, but then again i have my trusty cup holder... :)
absolutely! Im kind of bummed i still havn't had the car fine tuned so i can crank up the boost. I need 3 peoples schedules to be free at the same time, my buddy, the tuner, and his buddy who owns the dyno All that on top of my fuked up schedule. The car is still a blast to drive and i'd guess making around 450 hp @ 7psi and a rev limiter at 4500. I can t wait ti see what 15psi and 7000k is like!!!
I put about 100 miles on it yesterday and the cup holder was great. Coffee in one and smokes and iPhone in the other. I took some good off ramps and it all stayed put. So mission accomplished!!
Now that it's done I'm gonna look around at different sup holder insets and try some different shit.
