i know alot of you dont know me im John Mckenney nephew my brother derek has a brain anurism and is in the hospital and has no medical insurance so im helping by collecting donations for him.! he had the surgery last monday and now he is having spasm because of it so pray and if you an donate every pennie helps thanks
