Whats a good price for a supercharger?

Anyone know what a used s-trim usually goes for or a powerdyne? I found a new powerdyne on CL for 1700 but not sure what it's worth. But I heard a s trim Is the best blower to get for a street/strip car? So, what's everyones opinion on both.

obviously, i dont want to sound condescending but you need to factor in everything else like bigger injectors and etc. butttt a GOOD used supercharger should run you like $1000-1500. I personally wouldnt pay more than $1500 for a used one because they all are going to lie about how many miles they have on them.

Looked all around today for a blower found 1 paxton used for 1100 doesn't look like a whole set up-another powerdyne on NH craigslist for 1500 complete set up used called already sold(guy told me his ran like a top)- and that new powerdyne kit the guy has for 1700 still has it said everthings there. Anyone else know of any within 60 miles of fairhaven? And 30lb. injectors should be good for a mild blow 306 or bigger?

instead of calling on used kits for $1500 why don't you offer the kid with the new kit $1500 cause that's how much he will take for it

I would not pay more than 1300-1500 either for a kit no matter the brand. You never no the millage or wear. I bought my first set up, a powerdyne 6#, for $1200 on cl. I love that blower, its not the biggest or best but I had it on a stock motor with gears and an exhaust for three years no problems. The procharger i have on the car now I also picked up for $1200, an older unit but works fine. Worst case you rebuild it the kits are cheap. Boost is boost!!
