i got a choice of 22mm, 24mm or 27mm..I'd rather have them kinda stick out but wich would be best??

22mm is a 10 inch rim, 24mm is a 9 inch rim and 27mm is a 10.5 inch rim. your best bet on an sn-95 is a 10.5 to fill the wheel wells. worst case scenario, run a small spacer.
