in mass if you speed u get a $50 head injury surcharge for some strange reason .....its my head i can smash it of the dash if i want to

And thats even if you have a seat belt on ? Here you would get a seat belt charge if you were not useing it ,Around $ 20.00 .But if Ma gets $50.00 added onto a speeding ticket ,they have quite a racket going on .
