Mach 1 motor is not the same as an 03 motor. Its got shit pistons/rods just like the n/a cobras and Mark 8's. It does have the same heads which are great and the 5 spd ones have the same good crank.

SVT Performance has them for sale all the time. Motor and wiring is usually 4-6 grand and then another 1000-1500 for the T56. If you don't want the eaton then you can probably pick up an 03 longblock for $2500-$3000. Those eaton setups go for around $2000 alone. Once you figure out the wiring to make it all run the swap is pretty simple. www.modularfox.com is the site to go to for all the information. I think a guy on there mates up the harnesses to make it all work.
