Im a buisness man, and this is my 2 cents. take an unknown named moderator and make him be this person. dont allow him [or her] to conversate on the site while signed in this way. that moderators job is to just patrol the site like police in a cruiser driving around. dont edit anything just ELIMINATE bad posts immediately, replies, comments, ect. the moment a moderator sees it. NO questions about it,and DONT give answers to a reply about it. if the person doesnt like it and comments about it. DELETE it. if he dont get a hint and comes back at it again delete him. you need to patrol it . and then the rest of the members that dont see it or even know its happening will just enjoy themselves. point blank. THATS THE ROAD TO RECOVERY.

john when i was a mod thats what i would do all day for the most part
if it was a stupid or irevalant {sp?} post i would delete it but i was told i never did anything as a mod so thats why im not longer a mod

now look what is happening to the site now
