depends is this a car that a daily driver or a drag car ?
a car with solid mounts on street , with radio ect ... sucks ....imo but if its more of a strip car yes but the poly mounts are prewtty stiff but give also just my 2 cents
ive played this game a few times already

well the poly mounts are still stiff as hell alot more that stock, but give a bit and doesnt make car rattle box ....this is all my opinion im putting together a 9 sec car for strip and for my case i want everything tied in together ,but i also dont have insulation radio ,wipers ect...
u can do it but its nice to have the car nice and tight imo
good luck tho either way will work

of corse i do first thing i do is connectors it also has shock tower brace and tork box supports i think im gona do poly mounts i want it to drive good still
by the way the best way to make that car strong is do thru floor frame connecters and weld up all the tourque box seams ....my connecters go to firewall and tigh into subframe , bolt on and subfram connecters that weld on bottom are realy not as good as people say they are ...on a street car its fine , if your gonna race it alot thru floors connectrers along with cage and solid mounts no theres no extra flex ...ill post pics of my car satuday and show u a cage certified to 8.50s what they do to strengthin it up .....i know your not building a drag car but theres simple things like welding up all the seams under the rear of the car that help out alot .....a stock 5.0 with slicks launched hard can do some damage those tourque boxes are only in there with 3-4 spot welds

i welded all the seems on the lower boxes cause it had ssm lift bars and they where alittle beat so i welded them up and put comp engineering supports on it im goning to weld up the uppers this winter and i put upr uppers and lowers ive never been down the track on slicks only on street tires i plan on doing drag radials in spring it is more of a street car but id like to see some pics of your car
i put solid motor and tranny mounts in my 90 notch when i did the 4cyl conversion and i loved them no vibration what so ever it made 300hp to the wheels so it was nothing crazy
