installing trickflow valve springs


i have gt40 cast iron heads bought the spring upgrade kit from trickflow,is it easy to do ur self or should i just have a shop do it for me???

easy to do. all you need it the spring tool its like 40 bucks. i have the compression fittings youll need to compress the cylinder. I did the exact same springs on my old car with gt40 heads.

well i had them ported and polished when i first got them now im going with a f-cam on my secret short block biggrin.gif so to be safe upgrading valve springs heads will be off motor when i work on them

i got the new valves in and painted the heads there torqued on the NEW project
