speedpro adjustable roller rockers


okay this may be a stupid question i found instructions on how to adjust them on line i did one side and plan on doing the other side in the morning but i started it now it runs like crap would it do this with one side adjusted and the other side not if it wouldnt does anyone have exsperance withe adjustable rockers and how to do it correctly

X2 !! If you have hydraulic lifters they may have bled down if you adjusted them with the engine off . Then when when it fired up the lifters pumped back up and maybe opening or holding the valves open to much .


It maybe messy but it is easier to adjust them with the engine running . Just leave the covers off and fire it up and let it idle . If you rev it then oil will go every where . Loosen one rocker at a time until you here it start to "clack " .. then slowly tighten till you here the "clacking" stop . Then turn it 1/4 of a turn more .... your done . Then repeat 15 more times and your done !
