So im looking to get a new exhaust. I have crappy glasspacks on it now[thats how i bought it]. So im looking at SLP LM1'S, what are your opinions of them? How would the sound with a stock h pipe? I plan on adding the mufflers and then in a month when i have the money put on new midpipe and bbk shorty headers. But how would slp lm1's sound with just stock h pipe? Also what are some other nice mufflers? I wa looking at spintech but cant decide if i like them or not, and flowtech terminators. So give me your opinion. Also how will i be able to get a sticker if i put on an o/r x pipe? So just let me know what you think. Thanks
I would recommend going with the lm2's if you plan on putting in a o/r pipe. The one's will sound ok on a stock h but once you take the cats out they sound like shit imo
I have lm2's now with long tubes no cats. Before the blower its sounded sick and was loud when you get on it but at idle it was nice.
And now after the blower they are way to loud and sounds worse than the lm1's.
Also if you plan on doing headers don't waste your time on shorty's just get long tubes there is more of an increase in hp than the shorty's.
kk, im probably going to keep the stock h pipe for awhile, at least until after winter and into summer, just because ide rather put that money into the engine. So what would sound the best with stock h, slp lm1's or 2's, or is there something else that is very loud like those but with a nice deep growl to it?
