ur not going to like how it feels on the road those are wide tires and you will feel every thing talk to rich (bleedblue) because i rember thats what he said when he upgraded

i have talked to a few people. some love it, some dont. i am hoping i am one that will. its the look i want so i can deal with a little bit of a rougher drive.... i hope!!!
I had 275-40-17s up front of my 2000 and it always wanted to follow every damn crack in the road! My car is lowered 2" also so im sure that didnt help. They rubbed just a LITTLE at full lock but so do my 245s just a little less. Im running the stock wheels also.

The only problem I see running a 35 is you will be more likley to damage your wheel in the event you hit a deep pot hole . A 40 sereis would give you more side wall with out looking stupid .
Silver GT - Do you have a bumpsteer/ adjustable tierod end installed? That might be why your wheel get pulled or follows the road more than your wheel. I had to get CC plates and the wheel pulled with the road until i got the bumpsteer kit. I get all my suspension stuff from MM
03/04 cobras come factory with a 275/40/17 all around and they ride fine. I don't see why an 18" rim would make a difference. 4th gen Camaro SS come with 275/45/17's and they don't have issues.
A good suspension setup with quality CC plates, bumpsteer kit, etc will help you out too.
