my car is a 1990. So the other day I noticed that my passenger headlight both high and low beams were out. So I go pick up a set of sylvania bulbs and replace both passenger and driver headlights. Everything was fine that day and night, then the next day I am leaving work and noticed that my passenger bult blew out again. When I say blowing out I mean the actual glass on the bulb is shattering to pieces... The headlight housing must have a small crack or leak in it because I have condensation in only that housing, but would that be causing my bulbs to blow up like this or is that one headlight getting too much juice? I want to figure this out before I go buy new bulbs again as I dont want to have these blow out too and keep throwing money out the window...
I know that I need to pull the housing, dry up the inside and seal that housing, but does anyone have Any ideas as to what is causing this bulb faliure????????
