idling to low


so i didnt know what section this would fall under so maybe you can help. i have a 98 gsxr 750 its fuel injected i had just replaced the plugs and along with that i had fixed a few vacuum hoses that were cracked torn now the bike doesnt want to idle the bike runs 100x better and also the battery is not charging i just got the battery new 4-25-09. any help would be great thanks for the help

TURN UP THE IDLE SCREW AND CHECK YOU GROUNDS FOR THE CHARGING ISSUE ........I KNOW WHEN YOU PUT THE ACID IN THE NEW BIKE BATTERIES YOU HAVE TO CHARGE THEM TRICKLE CHARGE FOR A COUPLE HOURS .....IF YOU DONT DO THAT AND JUST JUMP START IT YOU CAN RUIN THE LIFESPAN OF THE BATTERY

im guessint the idle screw is going to be on or near the throttle body?
