code 66 maf low signal

i keep getting this code and i dont know why

i simply upgraded the injectors and got the matching pro-m 75mm maf calibrated for the 24lb injectors. ever since its been hooked up my car runs sluggish at random times... most noticeably after its been wide open a couple times.

it gets to the point where i cant hit the gas pedal without it backfiring or trying to die.

my old maf is a pro-m 75mm calibrated for the stock injectors and it worked flawlessly.

the other additions are gt40p heads, cobra intake, and 1.7 rockers. everything else is stock including the computer.

do i have to flash the computer or something? i thought this was simply a plug-and-play setup?

put the stock one back in and see if it fixes the problem. if it works out ok then the calibrated maf is junk

I don't know where you got the meter but, it would appear that it is no good . If you got it new then just return it .
In my opinion the 24's are not needed for your set up . There is just not enough airflow to warrant them . I bet if you go back to the 19's it would run alot better . When you get aftermarket heads and cam ..... then go with the 24's .

ya i just ran it at the track today and light was on all day.

best run was 14.8 @ 100 with a 2.8 60ft.. its messing up my launch and when i shift it kinda bogs for a sec each gear but the powerband is smooth

im gunna switch back to my 19lb setup and see how it goes
