well got some work done wed. i had to run to the store and buy some bolts and other various things like new vac lines cuz my old ones were crap and spark plugs. we got the cam in, new timing chain on, timing cover/water pump on, the heads on, rockers mounted, and headers bolted up. i just need to get the explorer lower drilled and tapped for the ACT sensor.

oh and i have been painting some of the things so they dont look as sh!tty; like the upper and lower intake aluminum color, and the valve covers black. i also got a strut tower brace from mike heath (via yola) and im gonna paint it black cuz its all scraped up and red... lol

here are a few pics

i got the good head gaskets not the cheapo's

ok ive been doing some work latley. just havent updated this yet. but today we got her running and it ran really well on the first start up. my idle screw in the stock tb is frozen in there and its just a threaded rod... no head to turn lol. but it idles at like 900 just like it used to. i didnt even adjust the tps lol. i never did find a 70mm TB like i wanted.. i have the spacer tho lol but its obv not on yet. tomorrow i am putting it on the road as my alternator in my truck just sh!t out LOL.. then i am putting my cobras on and the hood and she should be good to go. here are some pics and a video. (the camera was a little close to the exhaust so it sounds like a$$ lol
