fuel pressure

just installed 24# injectors, regulator, and a 70MM throttle body on sunday. I have the pressure at 38 psi with the vacuum disconnected. Any ideas for tuning the fuel psi?

my old car ran mint at 35psi with the vac off

had my timing advaced and my pressure was at 40# and it worked awesome
