So I want to put a remote start in my del sol. I've always done Vipers in the past, I know they're good but they're also pricey and I don't have a whole lot of extra cash right now. Does anyone know anything about the Python 1400s/what they usually go for?
Also I am awful at wiring stuff, like really awful. So I don't want to do this alone, but I would also like to get better at wiring so I don't just want to bring it to the shop. Would anyone perhaps be willing to help with an install if I offered beer and a really good home cooked meal?
Python and Viper are both made by DEI. Until this year they were almost identical other than a different color led. I have installed both and they are both good quality. Most places it is the same price buying it with install or not. So you might as well get it with the install if thats the case and get a lifetime warranty on the install, not just the product.
dei products some of the best on the market mine cost $699 installed but mine was for remote start on 5 speed all connections soldered no but connectors
