I went friday night. Its ok. I did notice a lot of first time entries, or what looked to be anyway. It was nice not seeing the same old cars each and every year. That NH burnt orange GT is still in the show though, but he was in the back. Also the orange 68 camaro was there yet again.
Overall it was better than previous years. Finally got some new cars to look at.
me and my car is there, i just took second place in my class tonight. tommorow night is specialty trophy's hope i can win something, come and say hi!. john
I just got back too and I won an "Outstanding In Class" plaque. I believe that is 2nd place? They called the winner of my class while I was picking up my prize. It's my first time there as a participant and I'm having a blast! Tomorrow is the last day so my fun is almost up. If anyone of you guys is going in tomorrow, stop on by and say "Hi".

i stopped by twice today and you wernt there either time lol car looked great as ussual
Sorry I wasn't there. I was all over the place. My uncle's Blue '65 Mustang Fastback was there so I was hanging out with him at times, walking around with my friends, or talking to other people who also had their cars in there.
Having my car in there allowed me all the time in the world to really look at the different cars instead of casually glancing at them on the way by. The quality of the majority of them was totally awesome. There were a few bombers in there but overall, there was a very high number of high quality cars there.
Chip Foose was supposed to sign autographs on Saturday from 1-4pm and 7-9pm. The line of fans was so large and intense, he never left the stage (at least that's what my friend said). When I left around 10:45 that night, he was still up there signing. He not only signed his autograph, he wrote messages and drew cars for every fan. He's truly a class "A" person who cares about his fans. I'm sure he's seen the way that other "celebrities" in the automotive field have treated their fans and employees and decided that he's not going to be like that.
I had such a Blast that I want to do it again next year.
