MGW Shifter

Hey guys/gals wondering if any of you have driven a fox body with a MGW shifter in it and how you liked it? I have a 1992 Mustang GT with a Tremec 3550 in it. I was thinking of putting in an MGW. I have have driven an 04 Cobra with one and I really liked it. Any opinions?

ive drivin a couple like alot way better than a pro 50 but im so use to steeda triax's i would never use n e thing else

Ryan, I don't think they make one for the 3550 but in my opinion the best shifter for the 3550 is the Steeda Tri-ax.

I said MGW didn't make one but they do now. It is new.

I had a friend with a 3550 and he was having shifting problems. He put the Steeda Tri-AX shifter on it and it straightened it right out. I had a 3550 with HURST BILLET/PLUS SHIFTER. It wasn't bad but I like my friends Steeda Tri-AX better.

ryans car has a hurst its ok has a little grind in 2nd gear if u dont pull the handle over to your leg, i think there are better ones on the market.

I think we should try the MGW, I really liked the one in the Cobra, hopefully they are the same. We can talk to the sales rep once they get back from vaca.
