rears are easy. just jack up the rear end so it hangs by itself. put the jack under the rear axle and jack it up slightly. unbolt the bottom of the shocks and let the axle down. the springs should be loose enough to just pull out.

i cant tell you about the fronts as i had them done when i was havin my new oil pump/steering rack installed.

To go along with your springs, id look into getting caster and camber plates + aftermarket struts and shocks. It will make a world of difference.

PS: I have a set of foxbody eibach pro-kit springs if your interested PM me.

the right way to do is jack up the axle, put ur jack under the rear control arm, unbolt the control arm bolt going through the axle, SLOWLY lower the jack and spring will fall out, gettin the new spring back in is sometimes tricky by urself but ull get it. Fronts just unbolt the brakes and hub assm. this would be a good time to put new ball joints in. be really careful the springs are under alot of pressure and will come flyin out at u if ur not careful. some ppl say u dont need a spring compressor, but it makes the job alot easier ...anyways, new caster/camber plates would be ideal. either way theres a 99% chance u will need an alignment after that. u can read up on a fox body spring install on all sorts of websites with pictures and everything

Front:

Removal:
1) Jack front end of vehicle up and support with jacks under the sub frame. Make sure it is as high as you can get it, your going to need the clearance to lower the Control Arm.
2) Remove Rim/Tire
3) Unbolt Caliper and hang off to the side
4) Place jack under lower control arm (a-arm, whatever you want to call it) to support it.
5) Remove bottom two strut bolts, and slowly let the control arm down. (might want to remove the strut completely, it gives you more room to work)
6) Pull spring out (might have to push control arm down by hand to get it out).

Installation:
1) transfer over/ put new isolators on spring.
2) Install compressor on spring(if your using one)
3) Line the spring up and start to jack under the lower control arm until its in place.
4) remove tool (again only if your using one)
5) Install strut
6) Install Caliper
7) Put wheel/tire back on
8) Repeat on oposite side

Rear:

1) Jack Car up and support it on the sub frame with jack stands
2) Put floor jack under center section of rear end to support it. (Jack it up until it makes contact with the rear end center section)
3) Remove lower shock bolt and let shock hang (might have to do this with the quad shocks too I forget)
4) lower jack slowly and then pull springs out.

Installation is reverse of removal.
