Any suggestions on these heads????

I head topics are very touchy here so i thought i would ask about these heads http://www.tristatecylinderhead.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=29. Looking to see if these heads will bolt on stock 302 block without major work. For example enough valve clearance and also is this to much head for a stock 302 block with a mild trick flow cam???

seems to be to cheap.....to good to be true i wish i cold get a brand new set of heads for 600 bucks

It is too good to be true, those look like AFR knock-offs cast in China assembled with junk parts.
