can i run stock rockers on theese heads without problems? i want to use stock vcalve covers and these rockers will not fit at all i know the cutout trick its not happening on these rockers. what are the disadvantages i will run into?

The Stock Springs and retainers are no good for more than about .475-.490 lift

Yes,the stock rocker will work fine as long as you don't have excessive valve spring pressure.
