oil presure!!!!

hi, i got a 89 stang 5.0 , i am having a problem. whenm i start up my car my oil psi runs about normals or a little under half way, then when it heats up it jus drops all the wayy bellow zero, if i revvv it it will rise to about 10 psi then drop way below zero again once the revvs go down. my temp gauge is broke its below zeroo so ... that isnt a good combo lol. well i am wondering what u guys think its it, the gauge, the sending unit to the gauge, or the oil pump. is there anyway i can tell if the oil pumps working ect, i am trying to narrow down what it is, or atleast take the best posibile guess before i go buyen stuff ecttt. its drivvving mee coo coo cuz im scared to drive it now, its driven me coo coo. well if u guys could give me some sudjustions ectt, i would apercaite it, or if anyone knows a way i could check what it is or pin point the problem that would be great. thankss guyss ... i am hoping its just bad gauges

yeah hook a real mechanical gauge to the sender rod. check your pressure that way. if it still does the same thing you will need and oil pump. might be sludged up because of age
