What sucks is I was cruising with traffic and got behind someone going way slow and as soon as switched lanes and accelerated to pass, the cop was parked on the damn shoulder. I switched back and of course he got behind me and lights came on. I seriously doubt I was going 80 since my wife's car shakes like hell when you approach 75ish. I haven't had a ticket for like over 12 years and he couldn't even give me a warning? WTF.
state police tickets are hard to beat ive won like 20 town cop tickets and lost all 3 state police tickets....ive also gotten tickets were the cop defiantly jacks up the speed from like 75 to 84 just to make it worse
Call the patrol office and have the trooper call you back.Ask him what you can do to drop the points.If he will go along with you ,the judge can do this,at least in our state it can be done.Your good altitude can help you out in most cases. Good luck (spelling police)
