Hey all, I'm Chris and came over from blackout to see whats good. I drive a 93 cobra. I met some you guys at the Braintree mall a couple of weeks ago, but didn't have my car. Hope to you all again! In terms of the car, it has some basic bolt ons, and i plan on doing a 347 stroker this summer. See yall around

So i presume you're Ed...i know you and ive seen your black and teal cobras before...me and my dad bought abrand new in box world class t-5 from you year or so ago...again...dont get me wrong...they are nasty set ups...but i dont see the point in wasting a cobra when A. you got the cobras so cheap and could make a good tunr around sale...and B. couldve just gotten any other hatchback and made it look like a cobra and modded the shit out of it for less money...but hey like Jim says...to each his own

How cheap did he get 2 cobras? I looked for at least 2 years for a cobra before I bought my GT couldn't find one under $10,000 (that wasn't a complete pile of shit)
ed's my boss, yea he's got a teal 1 with a 03 cobr motor,a black 1 like above but lightend and a red caged out nmra real street 1 but i ll start a new thread some were elde so i dont highjack this new members thread

Its still has the stock longblock, and i have almost all the origonal components I took off. So i could restore it to 99.9% stock. But I plan on doing a 347 stroker this summer, so the restoring to stock idea is pretty much out the window
Nice Cobra, welcome to the site. 1st off, a quarter or more of the time an older original car has no balls from the factory 2nd off, in my book, performance mods don't count towards erasing originality...If you ask me, as long as the engine block is the same it came with and the exterior/interior is original performance mods should not mean shit.
the only way I could leave a nice limited edition mustang alone is if I bought two of em, one to keep stock, put away and save for the collector value, and one to mod the shit out of (tasefully of course)....which is exaclty what i'm doing, now I just gotta find a stock low mileage Bullitt out there to complete the puzzle...

pete thats what ive always said...get two...prak one and mod one...by no means am i not saying its a sick car...and stock cobras are slow...but to me its just one of those cars that should be left alone...and thats why i would never buy one lol
