not sure what it's called ...but it mounts behind the steering wheel and controls the horn and radio FITS 90-93 with air bag wheels

around the center of the piece there are supose to be wire's and a plug that plug into the steering wheel ..someone hacked them off the install an aftermarket wheel

p/n to this part is F1ZC-14A664-AA

if anyone have a steering colum THEY DON'T NEED and this piece is still on it ...plz let me know
