head gaskets causing stumble @ 1700?

So the other night after doing my thermostat and radiator to try to stop my car from overheating, my head gaskets blew and it started smoking like hell out of the tail pipes... so do you guys think that the little head gasket leak it had before they went completly went or whatever was causing all my drivability problems suck as missing and hesitating under light acceleration or cruising? I sure hope this fixes it cuz ive already done the egr, iac, tps, and fuel filter and cleaned my mass air, filter and tb... what do you think?

Antifreeze does a great job cleaning the cylinders though .. bucktooth.gif I would also say it's a pretty safe bet that leaking head gaskets will cause poor performance . If you have'nt already you might try replacing the o2 sensors ...If faulty they can cause part throttle hesitations and poor cruising performance . joint
