there real easy just take a couple c clips out bang em out then drive some new 1s in put new clips in throw some grease in em and ur done ill even take the old u joints out of the shaft for ya

Just an FYI for you guys, The driveshaft from an AWD ford aerostar fits right into place with a quick U joint change ( I forget the part # off the top of my head but can get it for anyone interested).
