HOW MUCH TROUBLE IS FITTING 335/35/18'S ON A 97 COBRA??

I'm looking to go big as possible with the rear tires but don't want to much of a hassel. I'm looking to put 335/35/18's on my 18X10 Deep dish bullitts. Just wondering if anyones done it before on a 97 cobra and if its worth the trouble. I already know spacers and rolled lips most liking with come into play... but just curious about the suspension/exhaust tips becoming an issue. Thanks for the help.

when i had my 315/35/17's with the DD bullitts and let my buddy borrow them on his 96 cobra with a full exhaust it rubbed quite badly and the inner fender (wasnt rolled, car was also lowered 1 1/4) but more so on the exhaust pipe, chewed the shit outta my tires... and he had wheel spacers!

Every car is hit or miss. Roll your fender lips to start with. Check your car's necessary offset for a 10" wheel. I would think the 18" will be more of an issue than 10" wide. Wheel spacers are an option or just go w/ a 17x10 or 17x10.5 w/ a 315 or 335 tire.

yeh rolling the inner fender lip def helps...provided im only running 275s on my notch...but with my car lowered b4 rolling the lip it rubbed with normal driving forget about bumps and turning...so if you end up rolling your fender lips let me know...my buddy bought the professional tool that bolts onto your lugs and rolls it...charged me $50 for the rears...would probly charge you the same...lemme know if you wanna do that

why not put th right size tire on the rim u have? i tried Pilot Sports in 335's...got rid of them...didnt look much wider than my 515s and the didnt hook as well due to bowing out because they were being compressed on the rim.
