which exhaust set up do you think sounds the best? i was thinking a set of shorty headers, 2.5" h-pipe with mac mufflers..or borla. i cant find any sound clips of borla exhaust on a fox mustang though..
I'd try out the Borla XR-1 mufflers. Never heard/seen them on a 5.0 but I did hear them in person on a 4th gen trans am and it sounded nasty. Borla is up there for performance and sound if not the best...Just expensive as hell. Also if you need a BBK 2.5 inch offroad H pipe I should be selling mine in a couple months when I replace my whole exhaust. Need a new sound
Here's a clip of my car...Running Hooker Super Comp shorties, BBK offroad H pipe, and Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers...These mufflers sound like a tractor at high RPM's going down the road...lmao do yourself a favor and avoid them.
