As some of you guys know my car is pretty much stripped out but i want a little bit more out, the side impact door beam's i want out but i'm not sure how to cut them out dremel??? i will also be cutting the inside panel of the doors. Also the front and rear bumper support beam's and foam, although im not sure i can take the rear beam out cuz it looks like the bumper is somewhat connected to it... P.S. the car will see limited street and i could care less about safety and whether it's legal or not. just wondering if any of you have done the same or could give any advice.
Scrap out all sound ded. If you remove the impact door beams, the door skin will be very flimsy!. If you brush against it, it will dent! I wouldn't recomend looseing any saftey items unless you have at least a 6 pt roll bar. Too many people talking on cell phones and not driving.

all sound ded. is gone (check out my MODS thread), a 6 pt. roll bar is in the near future, i dont know about flimsy enough to dent... legality or not like i said car will see very limited street use, the only time i ever bring her out is from 10pm-5am. only have to worry about the person next to me hitting me or a cop up ahead.
dump all the abs crap. I did it in an 01 cobra, no lights on the dash either. Run light weight brakes, and keep the door braces. Ur going to need more than a dremel to remove those things!
Just ask the Germans that filled up the Hindenberg.
