Desktop Dyno...junk or fo' real?


i put in my current combo on my cousins desktop dyno cd-rom and it said i shuld be making 301rwhp...idk if thats flywheel hp or rwhp,...im guessing flywheel cuz theres no way im making that much power....and it said 298tq...wich isnt unreasonable..who else has used this and actyly had close to the same numbers on a real dyno??? i think my car shuld be makin like 270-280hp and around he same tq...weirdface.gif if someone else has desktop dyno and would like to take the time to put in my current combo...id appreciate it, thanks!

We have that at school. This kid built a DSS 331 stroker last year with AFR 185's and an edlebrock intake manifold and and anderson B-31. I came out to over 400 HP and he dynoed out at like 390. So it was flywheel horsepower but i think there is a way to chage the settings.

ive heard they're close on point. and it only messures flywheel.
