im looking to have 4.10 gears installed on my car. some place down the street quoted me $450 for just labor. no way im paying that much for a days worth of work.
anyone know of some reputable places in my area? (ma/nh border)
yep to bad i found that out after i went to lenords in taunton...sum1 told me dez charged him $600 and change so i said fuck that...but the kid didnt tell me dez rebuilt his tractionlock and put all new bearings and races in...the $250 only covers the acutly install of the gears and no other parts...so if u want him to do the axle seals and bearings...(Wich u shuld if they have been done recently) then it will obv be more but i cant see it being more than like $40 labor for that

Mike Dez does incredible work, he is fairly priced, and is a really nice guy. I know myself, and I know dozens of people who have used him over the years and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
