I believe everybody deserves a 2nd chance (except my ex of course). Possibly lay down a few ground rules.
1) No useless posts that add no value to the thread.
2) Try to manipulate any contests, you will be beat to death.
3) Basically act like a normal human being, not a manic-depressive, bi-polar skitso.
4) Let him know he's on a short lease & any bullshit won't be tolerated.
