Today I installed a new pair of 2 1/2in Polished Flowmaster Tailpipes for the Mustang. I want to start buy saying Summit is a great place to score parts!! I ordered the pipes on Monday late afternoon and they hit my steps today!! The Quality of the pipes is second to none and they even come with the word Flowmaster facing out for a little more of a custom look. And the big downfall was they were about 3inches short on the muffler end, so I had to cut some small sections out of the old pipes and tac them on to the new, what a bitch!! Anyway they are all done and even though I had to fuck with them I still highly advise picking up a pair. And may I add they sound ObNoxious!!!
Yes they are 2 1/2in, 16 Gauge Manderal Bent Stainless Steel Tubing. I have noticed more of a Voilent harmonic ripple at about 3 on the tac and it gradually gets louder as you push through the top end of gears. What do you run??
