i got my dual fans wired up with a dual fan control kit i picked up from autozone,i hooked it up like the directions said,it was very simple.my problem is the fans turn on right when i turn the key "on" and they shouldnt turn on until it reaches at least 160* directions say to hook up to switched power,so i tied it into the red with green stripe that goes to the ignition coil,is that correct? at one point when i shut the car completly off they still were running. any ideas?
Where do you have the sensor that triggers the switch? In the radiator fins? I know they can be finicky some times. I have mine set up key on with a relay, but would like to change it to a temp style. I am curious how you make out.
