Need 98 Mustang Help

cars always been an auto, bought a new AODE transmission, new converter, everything in the car is new, shifts into all gears but the car is in fail safe mode...

ran the codes and they came back as followed

p1747 - Manufacturer Contrl Transmission
p0755 - shift solenoid b malfuntion
p0743 - torque converter circuit electrical
p0750 - shift solenoid a malfuntion

now is there a chance that the tranmission was from a different year car and the harness is the same but some wires are different?? or does the new transmission need to be programmed into the ecu??? can someone help me out... havent been able to drive the car since august and spent close to 2 grand trying to fix it... running out of money and patients,

i dunno but i worked on a crown vic that did something simlar and it was a 02 sensor that was grounding out the tranny harness or something like that if u get a chance put it on a scan tool and check 02 sensor functions
