just use a wooden baseball bat as long as the quarters have never been changed its wicked easy and works good ive done it like 5 times just put it over the tire pry up and roll it around the fender slowly do it so the paint dont crack

Use a heat gun on the fender to soften the paint. Helps avoid cracking.

This sort of weather helps out. Park car in hot sun and then go to town. Sucks for you though to do it when it's hot
