hood pin install?

my car went back to the body shop to fix a few things that had been repaired poorly and the guy told me he could install pins for me but then changed his mind. so im left with pins i paid for but not on my car... damnit

can anybody here do this? prefer a professional body guy, I dont want to take a drill to my hood

I know my hoods latchable and doesnt require pins but i like the oldschool look, they are simple frpp pins

Your holes don't need to b perfect in the hood just the pins do on the radiator support I've done em multiple times always work out good that little plate will cover the hole u won't know the difference I use a steped drill bit and the 100 pin kit Derik has on his car is nasty yeah pricey but well worth it comes with wires If u want them and all that and in chrome black or silver and is all aluminum can prob get em a little cheaper

The FRPP kit is a nice kit. Some guys drill new holes in the upper tie bar and some take out the hood bumpers and drill out those holes to fit the pins. The kit is much nicer than those cheap ones you get at Autozone. Its all stainless too which is much better than the cheap chrome ones. I had it on my old car and it worked well and looked good.
