P1SC kit conversion.

I need to adapt a 99-04 gt P1SC setup to my 99 cobra. Procharger said they would send me everything I need of $680 shipped. What do I need and does anyone else make the parts?

The head unit using different mounting brackets. Also the 99 and 01 cobra kits are different. There may be different idlers and pulleys due to a different belt route than a GT, if there is any difference. I'd see what they specifically are selling you and try to piece it together cheaper. I bet superchargersonline.com has it all for a lot less. A lot of guys put together a complete S trim kit with all new parts and a used headunit for under $2000.

How much are you paying for the kit?

The mounting brackets will be different ... aswell as the intake tube between the head unit and throttle body and most likley a different belt too . 680.$ might seem like alot but, if they are setting you up with everything needed ( bolts, hardware , instuctions , etc. ) then it would seem like a good deal to me . Trying to peice it together from multiple sources just to save a couple of bucks can turn into a real headache fast.

I had issues also I have a 96 cobra but I have an 01 motor. Because of the different intake I had to get it from procharger direct. They were great to deal with. And I ended up using a 108 inch belt with my car. No ac and this piece to avoid belt slip.
