Hello Bostonstangs- I am new. I live in Roslindale and rent a shop in West Roxbury. I own 2 mustangs and 2 falcons. The first is the 84 hatch, first car, ongoing ten year project. The next is the 86 coupe freshtwo tone paint, black n charcoal, awaiting a motor. The v8 falcon is my twin t3 project this winter. The last is the 61 six banger falcon- stock cruizer.
Well that is a little about me, looking foward to the site!! what up taktheshark!
It is a a 99=+ saleen lower air dam, the head lamps are chevy projector one piece, Is it too much?? I've been getting mixed results. People love it or they hate it. I am planing on adding saleen side skirts and rear bumper cover. I want to see what it looks like dropped on black cobra rs, when I am done. I love Saleen and plan on doing an old school foxbody with newer saleen styling hues. If all else fails i have a boring old 86 front nose.-Joe
I need to finish them off. There is no bezel or trim around them yet. That is the least of my worries right now, because I am building the motor for that car. But I will even it out, I think, with the stance and side skirts.
Are you from Greenlodge? Your car looks familiar. My good friend lived there RIP BUBBA!! His brother Steve has a NASTY fox coupe that in primer you might have seen around.
Heres a pic of the mod motor. It looks teeny compared to a 302
Thank you all for the warm welcome. I like the site and like it is local. I also have good news for you guys and the rest of the earth. THE BUMPER CAME OFF THE CAR TODAY. I am going to buy a 86 gt bumper. I'm glad you guys let me see the light. The problem was I had a vision in my head of what I wanted it to look like, but it does not flow. And the fact just to get close by adding side skirts, rear bumper, it is all money I don't have right now. And it takes away for a coupe good look. Next anyone have any input on buying a bumper, I was going to go to mustangs unlimited. Thanks again and watch for more pics coming soon, thje notch motor, falcon tt, etc.
Hey, i had an idea. I have a pretty good size sand blast cabinet in the garage at my house. There's way too much room in there so if ya wanna put it at your shop and let me use it when i need to it's a win win. Gimme a buzz and lemme know.
