tailpipe/control arm clearence problem...

I just but a new pypes violator 2.5" catback on my car and I have an issue with my passenger tailpipe slapping agains my control arm. The car has 4 cyl springs in the rear i beleive and upr upper and lower control arms... I dont think its hurting anything, its more of an annoying sound to listen to especially at idle. What can I do about it?? Get the "BFH" out on it? haha

weld in a solid mount so it moves it away from where it rubs, get new rearsprings or try adjusting the cat back

Loosen the catback up where it tightens to the h-pipe and adjust.

If you can, unbolt the U-clamp at the muffler and adjust as well.

You just gotta play around til you find a spot where it doesn't hit. Also, if you are using aftermarket rubber exhaust hangers, ditch them and find Ford OEM hangers. They are stiffer and hold the exhaust more steady.
